About Shipping


Products ordered by customers will be shipped via "Sagawa Express" or "Japan Post".

If you order multiple items, including pre-order items and regular items, we will ship them on the release date of the pre-order items. If you need them urgently, please place separate orders. (Shipping fees will be charged for each order.)

Delivery date and time

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select from "Desired delivery date" and "Desired delivery time" in the comments section (red box in the image above) and enter the desired date and time.
*Delivery dates are usually accepted 4 business days after the order is placed.
*Please note that delivery may take some time depending on the year-end and New Year holidays, long holiday periods, inventory and shipping status, traffic conditions, etc.

Shipping Fee


・Within Japan (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Shipping costs are normally 800 yen (tax included).

If the total purchase amount exceeds 5,500 yen (tax included),
We will deliver it to you free of charge.



・Hokkaido, Okinawa main island

Shipping costs for Hokkaido and the main island of Okinawa are usually 1,500 yen (tax included).

If the total purchase amount exceeds 5,500 yen (tax included),
We will deliver it to you free of charge.

*For remote islands, shipping costs will be estimated separately.

・Shipping cost of packing

If you purchase only the packing, the shipping fee is 350 yen (tax included) nationwide.

*If you purchase it together with a bottle, the shipping fee will be 800 yen (tax included) as usual.
In this case, shipping costs to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands will be 1,500 yen (tax included) as usual.

・About international shipping - International Shipping -

Currently, we use Japan Post's EMS for overseas delivery.
Please note that we cannot deliver to areas where EMS is not available.

If the item is returned due to an extended absence

If you do not collect your item within 7 days of shipping, the storage period will expire and the item will be returned to us.
A representative will contact you by email to resend the order, but if there is no reply or you wish to cancel, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that we will charge the customer various fees, such as return shipping fee (normal shipping fee), shipping fee at the time of shipment, and re-shipping fee.
