About Shipping
Products ordered by customers will be shipped via "Sagawa Express" or "Japan Post."
If multiple products, including both pre-order and regular items, are ordered simultaneously, they will be shipped on the release date of the pre-order item. If you need them sooner, please place separate orders. (Shipping fees will be charged for each order.)

About Shipping Fees
・Within Japan (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)
The standard shipping fee is 800 yen (tax included).
If the total purchase amount exceeds 5,500 yen (tax included),
shipping will be free of charge.
・Hokkaido
The standard shipping fee for Hokkaido is 1,500 yen (tax included).
If the total purchase amount exceeds 5,500 yen (tax included),
shipping will be free of charge.
・Okinawa Main Island
The standard shipping fee for Okinawa Main Island is 2,500 yen (tax included).
If the total purchase amount exceeds 5,500 yen (tax included),
shipping will be free of charge.
・Remote Islands
We will provide a separate shipping estimate.

・Gasket Shipping Fee
If only gaskets are purchased, a flat national shipping fee of 350 yen (tax included) will apply.
*If purchased together with a bottle, the standard shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included) will apply.
In this case, the shipping fee for Hokkaido is 1,500 yen (tax included), and for Okinawa it is 2,500 yen (tax included).
As usual, remote islands will be quoted separately.
If items are returned due to long-term absence
If you fail to receive your item within 7 days of dispatch, the storage period will expire, and the item will be returned to us.
Our representative will contact you once via email to arrange redelivery, but if we do not receive a reply or if you wish to cancel, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Please understand that in such cases, various fees, including return shipping fees (standard shipping fee), original shipping fees, and re-shipping fees, will be charged to the customer.
