Q. Can delivery be delayed?
A. Yes. Delivery may take longer than usual due to customs clearance procedures or local delivery conditions.

Q. What happens if I am not available to receive my package for an extended period?
A. We make every effort to ensure successful delivery; however, if the package cannot be received due to prolonged absence, it will be returned to Japan. As this situation occurs occasionally, we will issue a refund for the product price only, and any associated costs will be borne by the customer.

Q. 配送が遅れることはありますか？ 
A. はい。通関状況や現地の配送事情により、お届けまでに通常よりお時間を要する場合があります。

Q. 長期不在のため、荷物が受け取りできませんでした。どうなりますか？
A. 弊店としましても、お受け取りいただけるよう事前にご案内させていただいておりますが、長期不在でお受け取りいただけなかった場合、日本に差し戻しされます。送料は発生しておりますため、お客様にご負担いただきまして、製品代金のみご返金させていただきます。
