Refund policy
If the item you received is defective or differs from your order, we will process a return or exchange. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item and return it to us. Please be sure to include all documents that came with the item (such as the packing slip). Please note that if we are unable to process an exchange due to the item being out of stock or other reasons, we will issue a refund instead.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to the customer’s preference (e.g., the item does not meet expectations or was ordered by mistake).
