返金ポリシー

お届けした商品が不良品の場合、ご注文内容と異なる商品が届けられた場合は商品の返品・交換にて対応させていただきます。商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせよりご連絡のうえ、弊社まで商品をご返送ください。商品と同梱されていた書類（納品書等）につきましても、必ずご返送いただきますようお願いいたします。在庫切れ等により交換がお受けできない場合には、返金にて対応させていただきますので、ご了承ください。

お客様のご都合（イメージと違う、間違えて注文したなど）による返品・交換は受けしておりませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a return request through your account or contact us at info@poketle.com.

You must return the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal to us. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

 

クーリングオフ・返品権（EUのお客様）
欧州連合（EU）にお住まいのお客様は、
理由を問わず、購入日から14日以内に購入を撤回する権利があります。
撤回期間は、お客様またはお客様が指定した第三者が注文の最後の商品を受け取った日から14日間です。この期間には週末および祝日も含まれます。
撤回権を行使するには、アカウントから返品リクエストを送信するか、
info@poketle.com  までご連絡ください。
撤回の意思をお伝えいただいた日から14日以内に、商品をご返送ください。返送費用はお客様ご負担となります。
ご返金は、返品商品の受領後、遅滞なく14日以内に、
配送料を含むお支払い済み金額の全額をお返しします。
